At PACE we offer classes to dancers of ALL ages, newborn to adult! We look forward to starting your child's education in the Arts on the right foot and believe you are never too old to learn to dance!

Boys and girls ages 3-8 years can learn to dance in a fun and safe environment with a variety of classes offered in ballet, tap and jazz. Instructors Alison Cullen, Lori Patton and Morgan Heflin introduce the fundamentals of dance, terminology and technique with age-appropriate activities which are tailored to the child’s current level of mental, physical, emotional and cognitive development. Children are given a strong foundation in dance while developing fine and gross motor skills in a fun-filled environment. The syllabus also emphasizes classroom etiquette, musical awareness, expressing emotions through movement and more. Intellectual concepts of self-awareness, creative expression, imagination, basic body/health awareness, and teamwork are also integrated throughout the program.
Adult Classes in Ballet and Zumba
Adult Ballet Workout- Fall Schedule TBA with Alison Cullen who offers a ballet class for adults new to dance or returning to dance. Dancers will “stretch and strengthen” while increasing flexibility, coordination and stamina. Each class will include exercises at the barre and centre plus short combinations across the floor. The cost is $10 per class or $8 if using a class card.
Zumba MON & WED 7:30pm and SAT. 9:30am. with Morgan Heflin and Lauren Maiden. Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Although Zumba is a fitness class instead of a dance class those new to dance can benefit by learning how to move to music, shift weight from one foot to the other and increase coordination. The cost is $5.00 per class or $4 if using a class card.

Wednesdays @ 7:30pm, Fitness with Morgan
Saturdays @ 9:30am - Lauren and Morgan will alternate

Kindermusik is a music and movement program offered to our youngest students age newborn to 5 years. Director Christa Sigman holds a BFA in Music Education from Ohio University and has been a licensed Kindermusik educator for six years. Classes are based on semesters and summer camps but enrollment is accepted at any time and pro-rated for classes missed. Miss Christa and Friends has been named a Maestro Studio for the 2010- 2011 year, an award given to the top 5% of Kindermusik programs in the world for service to significant numbers of children and families.
